Tiger 07 is the definitive Tiger Woods experience, an anthology of courses, players, options, and game modes that so packs a disc you wonder how the team at EA did it. Online play features three person tournaments, stat trackers, leader boards, the ESPN ticker, radio updates, and news. To aim your shot, look for the circular area with a size determined by such factors as attributes and club choice, and then take a shot towards your goal.
You also have two types of swing styles, Standard and Swing Stick, and the game will adjust the difficulty based on how well you are playing. Performance of your skills on the practice green translates to improved character stats that carry over into your career game. Characters will no longer spend money to earn experience points, and will gain experience by spending time in the "Practice" area shooting from six different tee boxes.
Tiger Woods PGA Tour 07 comes with several gameplay options including "Team Tour," "Career," "Practice," and mini-games such as One-Ball, Battle Golf, and more. Select your character from such golfers as Vijay Singh, Ian Poulter, Annika Sorenstam, and John Daly, or create your own character from a variety of clothing, facial features, equipment licenses, and specialty items. The game features 21 courses including the Four Seasons Resort Avaira, the Ocean Course at Kiawah Island, Riviera Country Club, the K Club, and more with in-game commentary provided by David Feherty and Gary McCord.

Speed Golf returns from the previous game, allowing two players to race through a series of holes on a split screen, and a new Create-a-Course feature allows would-be golf designers to assemble their dream course by picking and choosing from any of the available holes.Putt, swing, and slice with some of the biggest names in golf as you travel to various real and fantasy courses in Tiger Woods PGA Tour 07. Players can also attempt to finish one of 18 new scenarios taking place in specific situations on the links. New modes of play include the SkillZone, which involves competing in a series of mini-games for points after first purchasing a bucket of balls. Top performances during a round can earn players Trophy Balls for achieving certain milestones in drives, chip-ins, and putts. The game once again employs the Total Precision Swing system for analog club movement, and the broadcasting duo of David Feherty and Bill Macatee handle the commentary during competition. In addition to the pros, players can select one of nine original characters created specifically for this version, or one of seven returning characters from Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2002. Players will be able to compete as or against 17 PGA Tour athletes, including Ty Tryon, Brad Faxon, Vijay Singh, Mark Calcavechhia, and more.
Fourteen courses are available in this version, six of which are based on authentic venues in Pebble Beach, Sawgrass, the Royal Birkdale Golf Club, Princeville, Torrey Pines, Poppy Hills, Spyglass Hill, and Scottsdale.
